E-zec’ computer systems are designed in-house and reflect the requirements of individual contracts.

As such, we are able to report patient activity by NHS Trust, Acute Unit, Primary Care Trust, site or facility and clinic. This data can be further broken down by patient classification (mobility), dependency, or any other system reported fields.

Each site has the facility to download standard reports for Trust managers at any time they may be required.

E-zec provides the necessary Control personnel to plan and allocate patient journeys, assisted by technological aids to provide the most efficient route planning. Data tracking devices (fitted to all vehicles) and control room monitors enable the controllers to have sight, in real time, of the fleet in their area thereby ensuring effective use of the vehicles.

E-zec also provides the facility for customers (GP Health Centres, NHS Trust wards and departments and PCT sites) to book patient transport directly online, reducing the need for telephone calls and faxing.

This is a secure system and to give clients futher assurance the applicants of online bookings receive a receipt acknowledging successful transmission.
