Patient Transport System:
We currently employ a programme designer/writer who is responsible for writing
our PTS day control system and supporting it. Any system requirements that
the customer may have can be built into the system.
PTS control systems include:
- Planning functions, on or off the customer’s site.
- Patient registration, on or off site
- Electronic booking onto the system
- Own unique reference number and complete audit trail
- Search by hospital reference number or date
Our ‘day control’ function constantly updates patients status,
minimising waiting times and producing full data sets for reporting.
Reporting:
- Demand by clinic
- Demand by area
- Demand by mobility
- Demand by patient numbers
- Aborted journeys
Or any bespoke system reports to suit customers' requirements.
