Personnel
E-zec provides a broad range of services to its clients across the UK and therefore the Company staff groups mirror its operations.
The Company directly employs state trained paramedics whose on-going training and development is supported by our Medical Consultant.
Paramedics work alongside personnel whose training is designed to complement their skills; FPoS level.
FPoS grade staff will also crew Intermediate Care level ambulances where there is a requirement within the operation, being trained in a higher level of oxygen therapy, defibrillation, suctions and advanced life support.
E-zec Patient Transport Service personnel are trained in all aspects of life support, patient care and handling, driving, oxygen administration, customer care and awareness and risk management.
E-zec’s staff groups are supported by local management and control teams. Site managers are trained in carrying out risk assessments for potentially difficult patient removals and all staff work to safe operating systems in the carriage of our patients.
Operational personnel are also supported in their initial training and on-going refresher training by highly experience instructors and driving assessors, directly employed by the Company, to ensure that our staff are, at all times, fully competent and qualified.
All Company operating procedures and policies are supported by regularly reviewed documentation of which each member of staff receives a copy in addition to the staff handbook.
